Put on your apron: off on a real world tour of flavors!
Greece, Caribbean, Morocco, Vietnam, Provence. Each morning, you fly off to a new country and discover a new cuisine.
Coached by a chef who's as skilled with spices as with pots and pans, you cook for three hours making healthy, exotic and truly delicious dishes.
At noon, you enjoy your creations with the whole "brigade." A real moment of gourmet sharing!
In the afternoon, it's time to move: you do activity after activity combining sports and outdoor leisure.
The perfect way to round out your day with energy, discovery and great sensations!

Morning: in the kitchen
Each morning, you explore the flavors of new horizons: Greece, Caribbean, Morocco, Vietnam and Provence are on the menu this year.
In small groups, guided by a pro, you prepare typical recipes that you then enjoy with the whole team.
Come cook as a team! Here, everyone gets their hands dirty, you'll be involved in every step of the meal.
A real gourmet experience that awakens your creativity and opens you up to other cultures!
Afternoon: Sports Activities
In the afternoon, you switch to dynamic mode with activities that combine energy, discovery and safety:
- Laser Game outdoor
- Team Climbing
- Archery
- Rando
- Swimming pool
- All-terrain freeride scooter descent
Each day takes you on a new experience, giving you a full week that you'll experience through sports, cooking and sharing.
- About cell phones
To preserve the camp atmosphere and encourage interactions, phone use is limited to one time slot per day: 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
The rest of the time, it's all about real life, friends and sports!

Marc Den Blinden
Responsable du camp Cuisine du Monde
Marc Den Blinden is a graduate in cooking and pastry from a renowned hotel school in Brussels.
In 2002, his many years of experience in catering and as a caterer led him to teach adults undergoing career changes.
In parallel, Marc is also a personal chef. This second role allows him to play with flavors and colors as he wishes, giving free rein to his indulgent and overflowing imagination.
Passionate about the mountains, during his time off, he has been supervising children's and teenagers' camps in Switzerland for over 20 years.
At CJSA, Marc manages and supervises the "World Cuisines" group.

Supervision
& Security
Your children will benefit from being supervised by full-time, certified staff. All motivated and qualified staff are solicitous about safety and the environment.
• All activities take place in groups of 12 to 14 maximum.
• There is one supervisor to every 6/7 participants with other qualified staff at hand.
• All equipment is modern and of high-quality.
• Water sports centre and all sports areas are secure and regulation size.
• All transport is insured by the company « L’Oiseau Bleu » in Sion, Valais, or by CJSA.

Comfortable and totally secure.
Indoor activity spaces, game rooms. In general, the youths are divided into rooms with 4 to 8 beds, based on their age and affinities.
If your child wishes to share a room with someone in particular (same gender), just let us know during registration.

Evenings
After the daytime activities, participants are provided with a snack and a period of rest.
Activities are offered based on the weather:
sports activities, board games and other evening activities.
Once per week, there’s a barbeque or raclette.
Friday: Disco in the Chalet with a different dress code every week.
