Choose your character, your game, your camera… and make your movie!

It's simple: you choose your role, your style, your universe... and you participate in creating your own short film, whether in front of or behind the camera!

Every morning: 15 hours of language classes per week.
You practice English, German or French as a foreign language with a lively method, maximally focused on oral expression. The classes are fun, interactive, adapted to your level, and help you progress in vocabulary as well as grammar... without ever getting bored!
Our qualified teachers are there to boost you and give you confidence.

In the afternoon: it's cinema time, for real!
You explore acting, create your characters, improvise, express yourself, test, dare. You also participate in making a short film: writing the script, sound recording, framing, camera handling... you do it all and become the author of your film.

Like all our summer camps, Languages & Cinema emphasizes sharing, nature and a good atmosphere.
No particular sports level is required.

week's program

Morning: language classes

Every morning, 3 hours of classes (15h/week) focused on communication.
Through dynamic activities, interactive exchanges and a motivating atmosphere, you gain fluency and confidence in the language you've chosen.
At the end of the stay, you'll receive a clear and detailed written assessment to track your progress.

Afternoon: Cinema

Total immersion in the world of the 7th art!
Accompanied by professional facilitators, you discover all the secrets of filming: sound recording, acting, framing, directing, teamwork... Everyone finds their role in this creative adventure.
The week ends with the screening of the short film on Friday evening, in the presence of all participants from other camps. A real cinema moment!

About cell phones
Pour préserver l’ambiance du camp et favoriser les échanges, l’usage des téléphones est limité à un créneau par jour : 17h à 18h30. Le reste du temps, place à la vraie vie !

Teachers &
Levels

Our qualified language teachers who are in their final year of teacher training or Master’s degree.

Upon arrival, the participant's language level is assessed by our team of teachers to determine which group they will join.

Evenings

After the daytime activities, participants are provided with a snack and a period of rest.

Activities are offered based on the weather:

sports activities, board games and other evening activities.

Once per week, there’s a barbeque or raclette.

Friday: Disco in the Chalet with a different dress code every week.

Comfortable and completely secure with showers, toilets and sinks.

Indoor activity spaces, game rooms, video room, theater. In general, the participants are divided into rooms with 4 to 8 beds, based on their age and affinities.

If your child wishes to share a room with someone in particular (same gender), just let us know during registration.

Supervision
& Security

Your children will benefit from being supervised by professional movie staff.

All activities take place in groups of 4 to 8 maximum. There is one supervisor to every 4/8 participants with other qualified staff at hand.

All equipment is modern and of high-quality (1 PRO HD Principal Camera, 4 handheld video recorders to start with, 2 video editing stations (computer editing system with creative software, camera angle and camera stand accessories, clap…).
